Narus Elects Charles Picasso to Board of Directors
Longtime IT-Services and Carrier-Industry Veteran becomes non-executive Chariman
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.—August 16, 2007—Narus, Inc., the leader in carrier-class security for the world’s largest IP networks, today announced the election of Charles Picasso to their Board of Directors as non-executive Chairman. With more than three decades of proven success in building, developing and leading exceptional sales, marketing and consulting organizations, Picasso will be responsible for leading the Board in its strategic efforts to expand globally and manage corporate growth.

Mr. Picasso is the retired president and chief executive officer (CEO) for Information Handling Services (IHS), the worldwide leader in developing and implementing engineering, technical and regulatory information solutions for customers in more than one-hundred countries. He has extensive experience in the management of leading computer manufacturers, business applications and information technology consulting firms worldwide. Prior to IHS, Picasso was COO of Digital Island Inc., where he introduced hosting services in key markets. Mr. Picasso has also served as the senior vice president for AT&T Global Information Solutions and president and chief executive officer for AT&T Istel, managing AT&T’s professional services organization in Europe.
Mr. Picasso earned his Computer Science degree from the University of Sciences, Montpellier, France.
