Narus Expands Presence in Brazil by Teaming with Lotier to Offer Carrier-Class Security Solution to Telcos

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.—April 24, 2007—Narus, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a teaming agreement with Lotier International to offer NarusInsight™ Secure Suite (NSS) to telcos and service providers in Brazil. Under this agreement, Lotier will act as Narus’ sales and marketing presence in the region, providing immediate local access to Lotier’s extensive web of contacts and relationships. Lotier will identify and develop opportunities for NSS, the leading carrier-class security solution for the world's largest IP networks.

Lotier specializes in creating business opportunities for high-tech and telecommunications products and services in high-growth developing markets. With a presence in Latin America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, Lotier provides its clients with knowledgeable local teams made up of seasoned marketing and sales professionals. Lotier’s proven market entry methodology in Latin America will allow Narus to effectively position Narus’ carrier-class security solution with leading Brazilian telcos and service providers.
