Software Engineer - Network Protocols
Location: Mountain View, CA headquarters
In this position you will design and develop high performance network software for the NARUS platform. Responsibility will include working on Layer 4 thru Layer 7 protocol parsers that are integral to the Narus Platform - a global standard for real time IP data collection, processing and management for large scale, complex networks.
Skills and Educational requirements:
- MS or Bachelors in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of industry experience on UNIX/Linux working on Network protocols
- Strong Knowledge of Network Protocols - Layer 4 to Layer 7 a must
- Experience in C, C++ and working with Network Protocols on UNIX/Linux a must
- Knowledge of Network Security a plus
- Knowledge of Java and MySQL a plus
