Narus Names New Chief Financial Officer
Industry Veteran Brings Proven Track Record in Managing Finances for Fast Growth Companies
December 16, 2004, Mountain View, CA — Narus, Inc., the leading carrier-class IP platform software provider, announced it has appointed David L. Robertson as vice president and chief financial officer of the company.
Robertson is an industry executive who has more than 25 years experience as a senior executive at both private and public companies. Prior to joining Narus, Robertson was the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of privately held BeamReach Networks, a leading developer of broadband wireless access systems.
“Dave's experience and proven skills in managing the finances and operations of fast growth companies in the global marketplace are a real asset to Narus,” said Greg Oslan, Narus CEO. “We are fortunate to have his expertise and leadership on our management team.”

Previously, Robertson was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Corona Networks, a private networking company; and the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Com21. At Com21, he spent six years growing the company from a private startup to a public, leading global provider of broadband access equipment with $200 million in revenues. Robertson is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (MBA) and also is a CPA.
