Narus Names New Vice President of Sales and Services

Industry Veteran Brings Proven Track Record in Sales and Management to Grow Business in the Region

Mountain View, Calif., March 23, 2005 — Narus, Inc., the world’s leading Carrier-Class IP Platform software provider, announced it has appointed James Mullins as vice president of Sales and Services EMEA.

Mullins is an industry veteran with more than 15 years of sales and management experience within the telecommunications and high technology industries. Prior to joining Narus, Mullins held senior positions at Architel Systems, Portal Software and most recently CH2M Hill, where he directed the sales strategy of their Technology Integration Division. Throughout his career, Mullins has established and grown sales teams, leading them to achieve significant customer wins in operators throughout EMEA.

Mullins replaces Georg Poell who has moved to business development, focusing on expanding partnerships and technology relations in the region. Mullins will be based in the new Narus EMEA headquarters located at The Square in Stockley Park, Heathrow.
