Narus Appoints Daniel McEntee as Chief Financial Officer
Industry Veteran Brings More Than 20 Years of Financial Know-How to Leading Provider of Carrier-Class Security Software for the World's Largest IP Networks
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - February 28, 2007 Narus, Inc. today announced the appointment of Daniel McEntee as vice president of administration and chief financial officer. With more than 20 years of financial management and business development experience, including several years in the telecom industry, McEntee will drive the administrative aspects of Narus' business, including finance, accounting, tax, human resources, legal, procurement and contract management. His expertise will help lead
Narus in providing carrier-class security for the world's largest IP networks.
Prior to joining Narus, McEntee was the chief financial officer of InnoPath Software, a leading provider of over-the-air mobile device management software. There, he established the industry standard financial practices and was instrumental in securing the company's latest round of financing. Prior to InnoPath, McEntee served as chief financial officer for Globalstar, where he played a leading role in redesigning the company's business model and completing the financial restructuring of the company.
In his career, McEntee has served in a number of finance roles for companies such as
Ford Aerospace and MERVYN'S Department Stores. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
