Narus is working closely with prominent academics to address the issues of providing real-time traffic insight to profitably manage, secure and deliver services over IP and the threat of increasingly advanced cyber-attacks.

Narus Research Fellows consist of renowned researchers from Rice University, Penn State, Rutgers University, University of Minnesota, University of Florida, Politecnico Di Torino, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, University of Toronto and University of California at Davis.

Narus is leveraging the Research Fellow's expertise to conduct joint research into new technology thus guaranteeing Narus' customers will always have the best-of-breed technology delivered at unsurpassed speed and unmatched performance. At the same time, the Research Fellows are researching and prototyping new killer applications that will add to Narus' product portfolio.

In cooperation with the Narus Advanced Technology Team, the Narus Research Fellows are jointly researching, benchmarking and enhancing architecture, performance and current capabilities of NarusInsight as well as the applications such as NarusInsight Secure Suite, NarusInsight Intercept Suite and NarusInsight Traffic Management Suite. This enables Narus to deliver the most innovative and complete solutions to satisfy our customers' current and future needs for real-time traffic intelligence solutions. The combination of next-generation algorithms and Narus' highly distributed scalable architectures and systems provide the wires and wireless carriers the total network view to take action against even the most complex attacks and to deliver new revenue generating IP services.
